….my backyard neighbors were cows and hay bales. During today’s trying times, it is beneficial for me to look back on the past and remember times that brought joy. I, like many people, rummage through old photos for a glimpse into the past. I, like many representational painters, have the opportunity to rummage through old paintings for a glimpse of techniques and subject matter that bring back joyful memories.
